Create Column/Table from multiple words in a field

I need to create a dictionary of words used in a given field.

Need to extract words to create table from a field.

Thank you. The Sub Test works, however I am a newbie, don't know how to
execute the module.

Table name is APC, the field name is HCSDesc.

I would greatly appreciate the help.
