I want to create stationery with faint image (logo) that covers the page. It
will be used for presentations, reports, etc.

I think I understand the concept to create letterhead with headers/footers
and text box. I want to try letterhead with background image, too.

The term for it is "Watermark", Word will do it with a image/picture you
provide.
