create contact from distribution list member

In creating a Distribution List, I added some names and emails address but
did NOT check "Add to Contacts" list. Now, I want them to be part of my
contacts so I can include other info such as phone numbers, addresses, etc.
But that "add to Contact" option is no longer available. Can I still add
them after I've created them?

No. No big loss. It's only a name and an email address which you can easily
type as you create a new Contact Record.
