Create Contacts?

Greetings Access Experts!

I am a newbie and am wondering if it is possible to create Outlook contacts
automatically from an Access database (i.e., without having to enter the
information into Outlook).

Is is possible? If so, would you mind sharing how-to?

Thank you, Kindly. :)

Hi Wayne!
Thanks so much for your reply! This is half of what I am looking for. I want
to take this Contacts database and create a way for a user to take one of the
database contacts and upload the contact's information into Outlook.

I've heard of a way to create a link to a blank Outlook contact form (link
below)
http://support.microsoft.com/Default.aspx?id=161012

But I was looking for the Access contact fields to populate the Outlook
contact card.

Do you know if that's possible?

:)

Thank you so much! :)

Hello my friends Wayne and Starchild!

Your information has been very informative and has helped me create external
links to add contacts into my outlook account. I've found that if you tell
acess to store the data as a text document you can create a link to it
through outlook and with a simple click of a few buttons you can upload all
your data into the contact information into the outlook contacts database.

Hopefully this information has been benificial for your quest for microsoft
office enlightenment.

A website that I found helpful is www.google.com, it is a great source of
information containing many links to pages regarding how to populate tables
in access.
