Create Custom Fields via PSI

Sorry, I'm Japanese and I'm not good at English.

Is it possible to add a new task custom field via PSI?

I used "AddTaskCustomFieldsRow()" and "QueueAddToProject()", but
"SoapException: LastError=CustomFieldInvalidID" occurred.

Where can I get a sample code as to add task custom field?

# Sample code named "ProjTool" in SDK dose not contain adding task custom
field. :-(
