I am on a network using Windows XP, Office 2000, SP3. I
have been given read/create/modify rights to another
networked user's Outlook Contacts. I have gone into
Tools/Services/Exchange/Properties/Advanced and chosen
that user's Contacts to additionally open when I launch
Outlook. I can see and access their contacts as well as
create new ones and edit existing.
What I need to be able to do is to create a Distribution
List using the names from her Contacts. However, when I
go to create the new distribution list, click Select
Members, click the Show Names From drop down and choose
Contacts I see only my own contacts and cannot see hers?
How can I create a distribution list using the names from
another Contact list through Delegate rights?
