They are all underlined when I select them, but not when I past them.
Maybe I am not doing the exact steps as you are so let me show you
what I do in office outlook 2007:
1) First I create a new new that only shows the To: field
2) I then go to the e-mail address I am look to copy and the select
all and copy.

I have no idea what you mean by these two items.

Well, I apologize. Now I'm seeing what you see and I KNOW I've done what I
described before.

I should have read this before posting as you can't edit it one you are done.
It should have said "First I created a new view that only shows the To:
field". This was not needed, but I do it to make sure I have what I want.

I guess it is time to just enter them manually. Thanks for your help on
this...
