Objective – To track engineering performance of responding and closing
customer cost quote requests:
Utilize a central outlook or network communication link for the above
objective
Track (auto log) customer email request by date and time of receipt
Track (auto response/log) engineering confirmation of receipt
Track engineering inquiry for customer request by log #, status flag, date
and time ???
Track responses from communications
Track final response from engineering and close
Collect data by multiple criteria: request type, date and time of receipt,
date and time of close, status dates and times, reason codes, etc.
