Create fake block of text?

Here's the other question I posted in the Pub general area, but got nothing.

When a typical wizard finishes, some text boxes are left with text that you
must select to replace. There are the "Your business address" type boxes.

With other text boxes, the "Lorem ipsum" type, you cannot select anything.
The entire contents disappears as soon as you type a single character.

Anyone know how to *create* that type of text?

The reason no one answered you is this action you are asking about is
hardwired. It can't be recreated within Publisher...
