G Gord Dibben Apr 5, 2007 #2 How about Insert>Hyperlink? Available or not? Could be the workbook is Shared. Unshare it to get the feature back. Could be the worksheet is protected. In Excel 2002 or newer you can choose "Insert Hyperlinks" when protecting the sheet. Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP
