Create labels from Outlook Contacts

Hi,
I'm trying to create a Word template that creates mailing
labels from Outlook contacts.
We're using Office2k (Swedish).
My idea was to create a temporary Data source in XL or Axs,
but it only works on my PC, not on the others.
I believe the code generates a name that's saved locally?

Is there a better way?
Is it possible to have a filtered Outlook folder as data
source for a Mailmerge?

You don't need Excel for this. Outlook has all the tools required - see

There are other merge related pages on my web site for more complex tasks
with labels.
