Create new form

I basically want to create a new form that looks like the default
"Journal" form, except I want to delete some of the default fields and
add a couple of new ones.. It looks like you cannot edit an existing
form - that you must design from scratch on "P.2". If this is true,
how do you copy the date and time "dropdowns" from the standard form?

Its true that you can't modify the general tab on journal items, and
have to put your stuff on P.2, which you can rename. However, the date
and time dropdowns are private to the Outlook application, and you have
to use some other tool to get the same functionality.

Makes one reconsider just how important your cosmetic changes are.
Doesn't it?
