Create new Project with Required custom field

I'v been trying to create a new project, but i could not do so because a
required custom field was not supplied
how do i create new project and assign a reuired value to it???

Itay,
Unfortunately your post begs more questions than it asks. First, is this
something you are trying to do with VBA or some other automation tool
(you've posted in the developer newsgroup)? Second, whether or not a
spare field has been customized has nothing to do with creating a
project - at least not normally. What is this custom field you think is
necessary? Third, are you working with Project Server or with a stand
alone version of Project?
