Create Outlook 2002 contacts with data from Active Directory

We are running Outlook 2002 sp2/sp3, Exchange 2003 sp2 and have an Active
Directory 2003 sp2. I wonder now if it's possible to create an Outlook 2002
contact list based on AD attributes, the contact list could be a shared
folder.

Our goal is to update the phonenumbers in the AD and only there but it
should update the Outlook contact list as well. Then we syncronise our
contacts with our mobiles

Is it possible ?
