create property and event

I just wonder does MS Access allow developer to create our own
properties and events.

For example, label control does not have control source and on click
event.
If I would like to have a label which has more properties and evetns.
Does MS Access allow us to do so.

If yes, are there any link on the internet to show me how to do it?

You can't do what you are trying to do.
Labels cannot be bound to data.

The label just one example.
I understand that label can not bound control.
it might not be a good example,

You can't create events, but in some cases you can create properties
