I downloaded a sales contact template and can't seem to figure out how to
create a button and link it to Outlook within the area I make notes about the
phone call. it will let me in create the button in the area where their name
and other info exists, but not the area I need. Also, can I just create a
button to open a 'new appointment' instead of opening outlook. help
