Tim said:Yes the sync issues folder. I agree it would be wise to figure out
why these sycn issues occur; most of them deal with connection
problems with the server. I am told that the connection issue will
persist for some time,
In the mean time, the number of messages keeps
growing. I don't find it that difficult to shift all and manually
delte them, or set up an auto archive setting to delte them daily,
however, I have people asking for a rule to do it automatically.
Tim said:The rule I created only works when I chose the "Run rules now
option." I can't get the rule to run automatically on messages that
show up in the sync issues folder. If I forward the message to
myself, the rule works fine. Sync issues show up as messages, but do
they "arive" like normal messages? I used the rule option to "Apply
this rule after the message arrives."
