Create SQL script from current DB

Is there a way to create SQL script with tables, indexes, and constraints
from Access97 database? TIA.

Not using Access itself. There may be some 3rd party products that can do
it, though. Take a look at FMS http://www.fmsinc.com or SSW
http://www.ssw.com.au/ssw/
