Is there a way in Word 2004 to create a stationery template that has a side
column (e.g., a logo and heading across the top and a column down the left
side with a list of names, board members, etc.) in which the text on the
first page is constrained to the remaining space but in which the text then
flows onto a full page on the subsequent pages of a document? I've tried to
figure out how to do this but can't seem to make it work.
