Create Status Reports

I am unable to create a new status report from PWA. I am able to select New
Request from the Resourses window, but nothing happens.

Any ideas?

What do you mean "nothing happens" ? You mean you click on 'add' and
nothing the site doesn't change ? There should appear a request
creation site.
When You request a status report from a resource, then the resource
must send a response to this request.

What I mean is "nothing" happens.

The windows flashes and no requests are sent, no additional windows are
opened.
