Create top-fold calendar

I'd like to create a top-folded calendar on 11x17 sheets. Does anyone know
of a template that will work. I only find top bounds using 8.5x11 sheets.

What version Publisher are you using?

Easiest way:
Create your calendar, landscape, best for this type is the Understated, but that
is my preference.

Open a new instance of Publisher, setup your printer for 17 x 11, page layout,
booklet. Insert 24 pages. In the calendar publication copy each month, paste
into the booklet publication, rotate 90 degrees. The calendar will be on the
right, your picture and other information on the left (also rotated 90 degrees).

If you only want the calendar and no pictures, you will need only 12 pages.
