Top Fold Booklet

I am wondering if there is a way to print a booklet to print top fold.
I have a 1/2 sheet booklet set up and it can print side fold without error, but when I print it top fold, the page numbering is all wrong. I can flip the pages to appear the way that I want, but they are all out of order.

If Word doesn't have the capability, can I convert a Word document to open in publisher and try to print it from there? I understand Publisher may have this capability.
