Create What's This Button

As MS ACCESS runtime licence doesn't include Office Assistant (what a pill to
swallow!), runtime users can't make the standard MS What's This button work.
What code should I use to make my own 'onclick' What's this button (within my
forms) open the context specific help for the area in which users click?
