CreateObject fails second time

Hi.

I'm having problem with CreateObject("Word.Application") to start a hidden
instance of Word.
The first time Word creates an instance, but not the second time. It's
doesn't create a new instance in the ROT-table. (Doesn't see Winword.exe in
Task Manager as two processes)-
I'm using VB6, Word 2002 Sp2, Windows XP.
(This is almost the same as article Q188546 - I tried the workaround, but it
doesn't work)
