Creating a Commandbar Menu

I have a form that I would like to creat a menu for the user. I would also
like to create a menu for the application, sub menus, and shortcut menus.

This would be the first time I've created a Commandbar Menu.

Any good examples of how to do this would be appreciated.

Unless you think the user will never move past Access 2003 (or you are
providing a 2003 Access runtime), that's not a good idea. Neither Access
2007 nor 2010 will revert to the older form of menus -- the Access team has
indicated that more than once.
