Creating a custom calendar

I need to create a custom calendar for a program, with months Sept. 2008-Aug.
2009. All of the calendar pages must be displayed on one page, roughly 5x7 in
size. Past programs layout the calendar with four rows containing three
months each. I don't even know how to begin. Can anyone give me some
guidance?

What version Publisher are you using?
Setup your printer for 5 x 7 first, then your page. From the Arrange menu, Page
layout, set your margins, three columns, four rows, no space.

Calendars are simply tables. If you are using Publisher 2007 I'd suggest
creating tables and tabbing the numbers.

In earlier versions the Design Gallery calendars are easy to use because of the
wizards and most times if you re-size the table all the text resizes too.

I am using Publisher 2003. I started formatting as you suggested and used a
design gallery calendar. however, when I resize, the font is not decreasing
automatically. I've been dragging the corner. Is there something else I
should be trying?

Re-size the calendar to your preferred size. Don't try to do any adjustments.
Click the wizard, click change date range. The calendar should automatically
adjust. When you copy and paste the next month and adjust the date range you
shouldn't have to do anything.
