Creating a Dashboard

I am trying to create a "dashboard" for a list of items that a committee has
to report on. This dashboard will contain a list of items and should be
marked red, yellow, or green to signify the status of the item. Has anyone
ever heard of such a thing? Please help!

I am using MS Office 2003.

Word doesn't have a "dashboard" feature, so it's up to you to use whatever
feature set works best for the purpose. I would create a table, and use cell
shading to mark the status colors.
