Creating a drop down list based on two cell values

Hey Guys,
I was hoping some of you might be able to help. Here's a tricky one...

Basically, This is a form for my soccer club, a line up card...

As my form is now,

I've got the positions laid out, Manually type player names in.
Example
Left Wing = E1
Right Wing = F1
Etc

Player list is pulled from another sheet and listed as a column.
For Example,
C40 = Player1
C41 = Player 2

now, D40, D41, etc autofills with either a "+" and Filled Green
(Conditional Formatting), or "-" and filled Red(Conditional
Formatting), based on the player availabilty from another sheet. If
the player is not available( "-" and Red), they are automatically
crossed out based on conditional formatting.

When I type a player name into one of the position, E1, the player
name in C40, etc automatically gets crossed out(conditional
Formatting).

Here's what I would like.. I would like to generate a drop down list
for each position, Say E1 for example, In the drop down I want all the
players listed that are not crossed out in D40.D41....Etc..

I Dont' know if this is possible.. If someone has any other ideas,
please feel free to share!

Thanks!
Shaun
