creating a drop down menu

I'm creating a simple excel spreadsheet and I am wondering how I create a drop down menu in one cell? I'd like to be able to choose from about 20 different cities in this drop down box. Thanks for your help.

Use the tool from the forms tool bar. Format the item to point to your list.
