What I am trying to do is create a Form (template) that
uses the Voting Buttons to confirm the delivery of items.
What I was hoping to do was to insert field that the user
would fill in with quantities or descriptions and then
send to the receiver.
When the receiver received the items he would select the
voting button "Received". The message would go back to
the sender and they would know the items had reached the
destination.
When I try to design the form, I created fields and
inserted them. However, when sent, these fields do not
appear on the e-mail.
If I leave the message portion free format where the user
can type anything, the original message does not get
included when the receiver selects the "Received" voting
button so the original sender does not know what was
received. I tried setting the properties so that the
received button sent the original message back but that
does not work.
This is my first attempt at creating a outlook form so I
appreciate any help you can give me.
Thanks
