If you have 3 conditions, the order does not matter.
What matters is the content of the cell.
Not case-sensitive, but do you have any extra spaces if text?
If looking for numbers, are they real numbers or text that looks like numbers?
You used Joe Blow and Sally Smith as examples. What exactly are you entering
in the column D that some would work while others didn't?
