Creating a graph that shows a timeline

I am trying to show 3 or 4 fields on a graph in a report. It is really just
a project timeline. I have the start and end date of the project and the
project number and the person assigned Is there any way to do this?? I need
to show the time period in a line or bar and then then the project number and
person in the axis
