Yes, record a macro (Tools > Macros > Record New Macro), do what you want to
do, when you're done click 'Stop Recording' -
Now go Tools > Macros and select the macro you've just recorded (it will be
Macro1, but you can alter this if you want to), go 'Options' and select the
keyboard shortcut you want.
Note that recording a macro will record all what you want it to do, PLUS any
your mistakes you might make. Its good fun though when you get it right!
