Creating a List Box

I am having some difficulity using a list box. My scenario is that I want to
assign a page size to each individual advertiser


ADVERTISER PAGE SIZE
LIST BOX

A1:A200 B1:B200
FULL

HALF

QTR

CARD

1) How do I link cells in column B to the List Box

2) What would be the formula to show the actual item in the list rather then
a corresponding number

3) Can I hide the list box when not in use
