Creating a macro to delete the contest of folder on close

ok, I'm using Spambayes Outlook addin to filter my junk email, and it puts
my junk email in a folder called Junk EMail (go figure) but I'm tired of
deleting the contents of the folder before I close the program so I was
wondering how to creat a macro that would either A. right when I close
outlook run and empty the folder into the deleted items folder (that gets
emptied when I close) or B. have a button or menu command to empty the
contents of the folder into the deleted items folder and then close outlook.

I thought that there was just a generic way that I could have outlook
record my mouse movements and like way back in the day of windows 3.1 with
the Macro Recorder but I can't seem to find that feature anymore (guess it
really wasn't a feature huh)

anyways, any help would do.
