Creating a macro to open my switchboard?

I know enough about switchboards to create a basic one and a little about
macros. I want the switchboard to open every time I open the database. Can
someone please give me the exact commands I need to do this?

Create a macro called AUTOEXEC.
Use action OpenForm. Form name Switchboard.
