Creating a new Default New Mail form

I'd like to include my company Logo at the start of every e-mail message (in the same way as I use a standard signature

I'd like to avoid the hassle of using a User Defined Template that will force me to choose the form every time I want to send an e-mail. I'd like the default message (NEW Message button) to contain the logo

Can anyone tell me how to achieve this
