creating a new email account

I already have three e-mail accounts and they are all working properly, but i
need to add another e-mail address for my business and i am entering
everything the same way. but as soon as i click on test account settings the
box pops up where i have to enter name and password, which is already saved
in there so i click enter but the screen just keeps popping up. it says i
didn't either enter my user name or password in there correctly, but all that
info pops up automatically

Has your ISP provided you with a new mail account?
Either or both the username or password would be different to what you
allready have
You did choose Add an email account?, if so the settings would be empty
