Creating a New Workgroup name

Hi! I have a trouble creating a work group name. I made a group name "test-
database". In my computer it runs smoothly. I declare myself as the Admin.
The file contains the MS Access Page, and the ".mde" . When I copy the file
to other computer, I can't see the group name that I did. What can I do to
create a new group.
