Creating a PDF which shows the full page

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I have put headers and footers in a spreadsheet which extend the full width of the page and up to the top and the bottom of the page. When I create a PDF from this document the header and footer is cut off left and right and top and bottom. In Word it is possible to select a borderless A4 sheet to allow the full page to be created as a PDF but I can't seem to achieve this in Excel. Any thoughts? Help!!!!

If you arrange header, footer and margins so that it displays correctly
in Page Layout view, it should print correctly.

If it doesn't, check that your print driver is updated. You may see an
improvement if you change the Print quality setting in File/Page
Setup/Page.

Thanks for this.

The header and footer are displaying correctly. I've set all of the margins to 0cm. This still doesn't work

Which print driver do I need to check and how?

Whichever printer you're using. One way to check is to Google the
printer manufacturer to see if they've updated their drivers.

You might also try changing the print quality (in page setup) to see if
that helps.
