Creating a Pointer for Onclick behavior

I have a window that opens onclick, however the cursor doesn't change when
you bring the mouse over it. I'd like to make it so it changes to a hand so
that people know they can click it. I'd also like to add a print option to
the popup window as well. I managed to add the code snippet for "Close
Window" but I am having trouble with the print page code.

Can anyone help with these two?

This means you have made a mistake in applying the event. Can you show me
the link's markup, please?

By the way, a programmatic print will fail in IE5/Mac - is that OK?
