I have a very simple query that brings through all the records that have I
have which have not been approved (this is a yes/no box in a table).
I have also created a DAP that is built using the query so that any
unapproved records are shown in the DAP, this is then updated by the relevant
person and saved. I then get a message saying it cannot be updated because
it has now gone from No to Yes in the approved check box.
In the database table this field does update but I also have a macro which
automatically sends an email confirming this change but this does not work
when the information is updated in the DAP.
My question: is how could I change the query to take all these different
actions into account?
