creating a register using microsoft access

hey
im making a school planner for my mum to help her get more organised
i have managed to create a fairly basic system with the tables
- homework
- planner
- rewards
- detentions
- students
- timetable

i want to create a register for each individual class.
is there any easy way of doing this where she can enter the date and then
just click a box or something ??
