creating a relationship data table based on mcrosoft outlook calen

i manage 3 different outlook calendars for 3 executives who frequently share
some appointments but not all. is thee a way to import these 3 caldendars
into access so i can deconflict appointments that all 3 need to attend while
segregating those appointments that are unique?
