I'm a therapist using office 2003 and meet with most client's on a weekly
basis. After 7 sessions or so I would like a reminder to reauthorize with
their insurance company. The issue is I can't just set a task reminder 7
weeks in advance because if there are cancelled appts and it takes 10 or 11
weeks to reach 7 sessions that won't work. Basically I would like it
generated based on number of appointments. I thought there might be a way
using journal in outlook or even access but can't figure it out. Any
suggestions?
