Creating a report from a query using drop down box parameters

Hi all

I'm wanting to create a report from a database of schools, colleges and youthgroups. These are selected as one of seven types from a drop down list, eg primary school, youth group, etc. If I want to print out a report of just the primary schools I will do this via a query. How do I get the user to select from the same drop down box in the query, rather than typing in "primary school" etc? I'm sure I once knew how to do this, but am using Access for the first time in about 6 years, and have forgotten lots!!

Thanks all

Colin
