Creating a report that pulls from a form

Any help would be great.

I have a form were I enter job info for a certain office. What I would like
to do is have a command button on the form so that when I am done entering
all the job info I can click on it and it will open a report that has only
that job info so that it will create a work order that i can print and give
to a contractor.
