part of my general workflow involves creating a task with the category
'Waiting On' whenever I send an email to a colleague asking them to do
something for me.
I've tried to create a 'after mail has been sent' rule which pops up a new
task window with the category set to 'Waiting On' after a email is sent to
certain people, but the built in options in Outlook 2003 don't seem to allow
this.
I thought a custom action might do the trick, but am a newbie and despite
having read a bit about Custom Actions am not getting very far.
I'd be very grateful for help or suggestions.
Thanks,
Simon
