I want to create a template with 4 text boxes on one page.

2 small ones (.97 X 4.7) at the top with 2 (4.48 X 4.65 )bigger ones below.
Is there an easy way to make sure they are placed in the same place and in
the middle of the page? I will need to change the inof in both text boxes
on a regular basis and don't wnat to have to keep redoing the textbox
positions.

If so please help.

thanks,

1. Draw the textboxes in the approximate size and position you want.

2. On Tools > Options > View tab, check the 'Object Anchors' checkbox. Now,
when you select a textbox, a little ship's anchor appears in the margin
alongside the paragraph to which the textbox is anchored.

3. Select each text box in turn. Drag the anchor to a paragraph that won't
move: the first paragraph on the page -- typically a heading -- is usually a
good choice.

4. Select Format Text Box. Select the Size tab and set the size you want.

5. Select the Layout tab. Click Advanced. Select the Picture Position tab.
Set the absolute position of the textboxes relative to the page. Clear the
'Move object with text' checkbox. Check the 'Lock anchor' textbox.
