Creating a template

Hi All

Here is waht I want to do? And am wondering if tehre is a simple way to do
it.

I am creating a Calendar (portrait layout) and want to put 2 photos side by
side with Text Boxes with Word ARt in the them. I will be using this page as
a Template as each month will have different photos and Text

I have set up the page in 2 columns and want to know how to make sure the
text boxes on both sides are in the same place.

Is tehre an easy way to do this or do I have to rely on my own eyes.

I am using Word form Office 2000.

Any help will do.
